Died.

	In Cincinnati, on Saturday afternoon, May 5, at 5 o'clock, of 
consumption, in the 22d year of her age, Miss Fannie Conclin, youngest daughter 
of the late George Conclin.

	In the May-day of life she exchanged the evanescent pleasures and heart-
wearying sorrows of Time for the fadeless beauties and eternal sunshine of the 
Life Beyond.  Kind friends will miss thee, Fannie, in the Social circle, but 
stronger ties greet thee in the Celestial.
