The Weekly Perrysburg Journal.  Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio. Apr 1, 1863, p. 3.
DIED.

In Gilead, March 21, Catharine - youngest child; March 26th, Nettie, in her 2d 
year; March 28th, Willie, in his 9th year, and George, in his 6th year - all of 
Diptheria - children of J. and C. Hackenberger.  In one week their entire 
family have falled victims to this fearful disease.

	How sad and cheerless now that home-

	Its treasures all are fled;

	The little forms, once loved so well,

	Are numbered with the dead.



	But in our Father's house above,

	Secure from every woe,

	With angel bands they're safely housed,

	Nor pain nor sickness know.



	And when the storms of life are o'er,

	Ye too many father there;

	And, undivided, evermore,

	Spend an eternal year.
