Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio. Nov 5, 1862, p. 3. DIED. A short time since, James E. Harpel, son of Mr. Joseph Harpel, of this county, aged 18 years. The deceased was a member of the 68th Ohio Regiment, and was killed in Kentucky, by being thrown from a train of cars. He died in a few hours afterward from the injuries he received. He was a Christian youth, having been a member of the Evangelical Church during a period of four years. His funeral discourse was delivered by Rev. Joseph Felger, on Sunday last, in this place, to a large audience.
