The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Obituary in possession of Florence (Fretter) Mecum, (niece) Mrs. Franklin Johnson Mrs. Franklin C. Johnson (Jennie May Fretter), 95 of 202 Troup Avenue, died this morning in her home. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, the Trinity W.S.C.S. and the Mary Rachel Circle. Mrs. Johnson was born March 28, 1881 in Whitehouse to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O. Fretter (Tabitha E. Armstrong) She was married on Aug. 7, 1901. Her husband died in 1950. Two sons and one daughter also preceded her in death. Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Merl (Marian) Askins and Mrs. Charles (Wilma) Kidd, both of Bowling Green; one son Aubrey F., Bowling Green, ; one foster son, David E. Atha, Sandusky, eight grandchildren, one step grandchild, 24 great grandchildren, and three step great-grandchildren.
