The Weekly Perrysburg Journal.  Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio. Nov 9, 1864, p. 3.
Died.

	In Springfield, October 18th, Little Willie, son of William H, 
deceased, and Sarah W. Loop, aged three years and three months.

	Willie was a lovely and promising boy, but while we mourn our loss we 
remember that our Savioir [sic] said "Of such is the kingdom of Heaven."

	Too pure for sinful earth, he has thus early been transplanted to 
fairer climes on high, and while the bereaved mother weeps that her little one 
is no more, she has the blessed assurance that he is safe.  There is no sorrow, 
no sin in Heaven.

	Then,

		Loving mother, cease they weeping,

		Mourn not for you Willie now

		High up heaven, among the angels,

		Nought can mar his sinless brow.

		

		Your Willie is an angel,

		He is with that "angel band"

		That sing for aye, God's praises,

		In that far off, happy land.



		Then dry your tears, fond mother,

		Your little one's at rest,

		No pain, no grief he'll ever knowl

		He sleeps on Jesus' breast.
