Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio. Nov 10, 1865, p. 3. Died. At his residence, in Perrysburg, Ohio, Wednesday morning, November 8, 1865, Josiah Miller, aged 64 years, 7 months and 13 days. Mr. Miller was one of our oldest citizens. He was born in Connecticut, March 25, 1801. In early life he went South and worked at his trade - carpenter - in Savannah, Georgia, Returning to the North, he settled in Perrysburg, about the year 1835, and by his activity and intelligence contributed largely to build up and develop this then new country. He has been unusually active during the past summer. He was stricken down suddenly, leaving his family and a large circle of friends to mourn his loss. His funeral will take place on Sunday morning next.
