Wood County Sentinel, 4 April 1895
Tuesday morning at his home five miles east of Bowling Green, occurred the death
of Charles Valentine from consumption. Deceased was aged 27 years and leaves a
wife. The funeral will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the U. B. Church in
Portage, and the remains will be interred in Portage cemetery.
