DIED - WILLIAMS.

	On New Year's morning, 1863, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. 
Margaret McChesney, Phillis Williams, aged 75 years, 8 months and 21 days.  

	The deceased was an old resident of Cincinnati, a member of the 
Pioneers' Association, and for many years was an exemplary and devout 
communicant of the Methodist Protestant Church. She died a Christian.
