In the matter of James H. Scott and Lillian A. Danz.  No. 19159.  

To the honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:



The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said 
parties, and upon oath states:

That said James H. Scott is 24 years of age on 22 day of Aug 1907

his residence is Perrysburg, O

his place of birth is Perrysburg, O

his occupation is Painter

his father's name is Wm. P. Scott

his mother's maiden name was Mary Spaulding

that he was not previously married

and that he has no wife living.



That said Lillian A. Danz is 23 years of age on the 29th day of Dec 1907.

her residence is Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio,

her place of birth is Perrysburg, O

her occupation is Clerk

her father's name is Rudolph Danz

her mother's maiden name was Rosetta Matthews

that she was not previously married

and is not a widow or divorced woman

that she has no husband living.



That neither of said parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or 
instance, and is not under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic 
drug.



Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal 
impediment to their marriage.

It is expected that Rev. O. Spreng is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.
