Stover died at the home of his son William Stover, in Sycamore, Sunday afternoon, at 1 o'clock. His death was due to dropsy, with which he had be a sufferer for about a year, the past four months being unable to lie down. Mr. Stover was the son of Ashford Stover and was born in Tymochtee township, December 20, 1833. He was united in marriage January 1, 1855, to Miss Lydia Riegle, whose death occurred seven years ago the 10th of March. Fourteen children were born to this union, eleven of whom are still survive. They are: Mrs. Nora Wood, of Newark; Mrs. Barbara Fouser, of Bucyrus; Mrs. Alice Keifer, of Shelby; Mrs. Sarah Anne Baker and Jay Stover of Tiro; George Stover of Warsaw, INd.; William Stover of Sycamore, and Mrs. Susan Albert, of this city (Upper Sandusky). The following sisters and brother also survive: Mrs. Jahiel Bibler, of near Bellevernon; Mrs. Sarah Walton, of Sycamore; Mrs. R.W. Lupton, of near Sycamore; and Mrs. Barbara Baum, and C.C. Stover of this city.
