He was a retired taxi cab driver and a WWII veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Edward Utah Arnold, one daughter, Jennie Willis and 2 brothers, Ted and Mervin Arnold. He is survived by 4 sons, Michael Chester Arnold and wife Carin of Annapolis, MD, Charles Steven Arnold of Weatherbee, MO, Earnest Lee Arnold of Kansas City, KS, and Chester Utah Arnold, Jr. of Rancho Cordova, CA, 2 daughters, Lisa Lawrence and husband Jim and Belinda Evanoff and husband Bill both of Bartlesville, OK. 16 grandchildren, 10 reat-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Hubert Arnold of Stilwell, OK and J. C. Arnold of Ft. Smith, AR, 2 sisters, Ada Fly of Ft. Smith, AR and Marie Hewitt of AZ, many nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. Graveside services were held Friday, Aprpil 26, 2002 at 2:00 pm in the Elm Grove Cemetery with Rev. J. S. Collins officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
