She was married to William "Bill" Bliss on July 6, 1947 in Stilwell and to this union three children were born, Gary, Linda and Donna. Alyene was a homemaker who enjoyed the duties that followed her role of wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to the role of a homemaker she enjoyed crocheting, working in her floweres (she could make anything grow), playing bingo and she was always cleaning her house. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill Bliss, one daughter Donna Lyn Perkins, 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her family that includes, 1 son, Gary Bliss and wife Joyce of Sand Springs, OK, 1 daughter, Linda Wallace and husband Harlan of Owasso, OK, 5 grandchildren, Jenny, Ronnie, Mark, Jamie and Vicki, 4 great-grandchildren, Brinlee, Garin, Sarah and Hanna. 2 sisters, Christine Hatfield and husband Johnny of Grand Prairie, Irene Marquisse of Syracuse, NY. A special friend, Cherokee Brown of Stilwell, OK. Also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends survive her. Graveside funeral serivces were held Monday, April 22, 2002 at 2:00pm with Bro. Ron Lacaze officiation. Interment followed in the Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
