She was united in marriage to Elwood Fisher, March 6th, 1886, at Peabody, Kan. To this union was born two sons and one daughter. In 1893 they moved to Lamont, Okla. and lived there until 1912 when they moved to Westville where they made there home until the death of Mr. Fisher on Decemeber 8th, 1933 She then returned to La-mont, where she made her home with her son until her death. In 1904 she became a member of the Church of Christ and remained a faithful member until death. Their daughter, Mrs. C. L. Hanson, preceded in death in 1932. The two sons, Arthur Fisher of Lamont and Earl Fisher of Watts, 13 grandchildren, and one great grandchild, survive. The funeral was held at the old home place at Westville, conducted by Rev. G. A. Wells of Muskogee. The choir sang three songs by request-Abide With Me, Rock of Ages, and Shall We Gather at the River. The Pishney Undertakers of Lamont took charge of the body where it was laid to rest by the side of Mr. Fisher in Oak Hill Cemetery at Siloam Springs. Four cars full of friends of the Fishers came from Lamont to attend the funeral and spent the night with Earl Fisher and family. She leaves a large number of friends and neighbors who have known her for many years. (Transcribed as the original. Adell is actually Addell, the marriage took place in Walton, KS.)
