"Tug", born February 14, 1908, in Aline, OK, passed away Monday, October 2, 2006, in Tulsa, OK. Tug was an Engineer with Skelly Oil Co., retiring after 32 years. He was a Liason Engineer during the construction of the Skelly Building at 15th and Denver. He served on the Board of Directors and as President of the American Institute of Design & Drafting. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda May Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter, Charlotte Bailey-Wilson of Grand Lake; and son, Larry Bailey and his children, Wes of Broken Arrow, Cynthia and Stephanie of California and Annabeth of Fayetteville, AR; 2 sisters, Olive Smith of Tulsa, and Flora McCollom of Clearwater, KS. Service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, October 7, 2006, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church and a Memorial service will follow at 3 p.m., at Methodist Manor Chapel.
