Alvin L. Lee

Alvin L. Lee, 86, of Amarillo died Friday, Aug. 12, 2005.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Continental and Sunday in 
Booker.

Mr. Lee was born Aug. 11, 1919, in Carmen, Okla. He served in the Navy 
during World War II. Mr. Lee was a teacher and a farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Willene; a son, Leslie of Amarillo; two 
daughters, Jane Henton and Suzanne Burge, both of Amarillo; four 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Family suggests memorials be to Booker High School, Kerry Henton 
Scholarship Fund, S. Main St., Booker, TX 79005.
