Alva Review Courier 14 Apr 2004 Thelma McNabb, 95, Aline-Helena Graveside service for Thelma McNabb, age 95, will be Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at Good Hope Cemetery at 11 a.m. with Rev.Brantley Tillery officiating. Thelma Mae Willey was born to Stephen and Jennie "Thompkins" Willey on August 1, 1908 in Fairview, Oklahoma. She died on Sunday, April 11, 2004 in Canadian, Texas. Thelma married Loyd McNabb on July 5, 1930 in Enid, Oklahoma and they lived in the Aline - Helena communities during their married life. She was a member of United Methodist Church of Helena. Thelma was a homemaker who enjoyed bowling, sewing for her family, and cooking for holidays and special occasions. Thelma is survived by two daughters; Patricia Hutson of Canadian, Texas, and Beverly Macfarline of Enid; one sister, Dorothy Booze of Albuquerque, N.M.; a sister-in-law, Geneiveve Strange of Enid; eleven grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd McNabb; one son, Monte McNabb; and an infant grandson, Tony Penquite.
