"Services Today Geo L. Stauffer Rites For Ingersoll Pioneer at 5 p.m. In The Hodge Chapel George L. Stauffer, 91 passed away at Masonic hospital Sunday evening following a several months illness due to advanced years and complications. Mr. Stauffer was a pioneer of this section of Oklahoma, coming here at the time of the opening at making homestead entry on a quarter section of land west of Ingersoll. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Margaret E. Stauffer of Cherokee and five sons; Leslie L, Robert G. Ora M. and George E. of Cherokee, and Marley R. of Santa Barbara, California. There are 25 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Hodge Chapel at five o'clock Wednesday afternoon with W.A. Keller officiating.
