All rights reserved http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ******************************************************* Obituary FRANCES "GAYLE" YATES GRANGER Funeral services for Frances Gayle Yates Granger, 68, Atoka, will be held Wednesday, September 11 at 2 P.M. at Ron McGee's Atoka Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Argo officiating. Burial will be in High Hill Cemetery, Tushka, under the direction of Ron McGee's Atoka Funeral Home. A nurse, she died Sunday, September 8, 2002 at Atoka. Born April 30, 1934 in Wilson Community, Atoka County, she was the daughter of Alvin Granger and Bertie Withrow Granger. She was a member of Tushka Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were her mother, Bertie Withrow Granger; her father, Alvin Francis Granger; one brother, Dennis Ray Granger; and grandparents, Riley and Minnie Withrow; one brother-in-law, William Leon Fullbright. Survivors include two sons, John McAdams and wife, Patty of Atoka, and Robert Cast and wife, Wanda of Mustang; one daughter, Linda Reynolds and husband, Joe of Bokchito; eight grand-children, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; two brothers, Alvin C. Granger, Bentonville, Ark., and Gerald M. Granger and wife, Glenda of Atoka; two sisters, Mary Kathryn Fullbright of Atoka, and Retha Mayhew and husband, Calvin of Durant; also numerous sons and daughters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Alternate pallbearers are Mike Granger, Lynn Wallis and Randy Combs. Active pallbearers are Richy Layton, Jeff Layton, Johnny Brandon McAdams, Evan Granger, Daniel Mayhew and Erick Granger. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In Memory of Gayle Granger: We attended Harmony School together.
