On March 13, 1928 he was united in marriage to Thelma Burgess of Atoka who survives him. Surviving him are his wife, Thelma, a daughter, Lola Faye Withrow of Stockton, Calif.; a son, Pvt. Frank Harris, Jr. of the U.S. Army stationed at Sausalito, Calif.; a mother and dad, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Clark of Atoka, Route 4; a sister, Carmen Ford of Rockport, Calif.; one brother, O.F. Harris of Atoka and one grandchild, Phyllis DiAnne Withrow of Stockton, Calif. Funeral services were held in the Chapel of Frisbie and Warren, March 22, 1955 at 2:55 p.m. by Rev. Itrel T. Moore. Internment was in the Rural Cemetery, Stockton, Calif. Pallbearers were: Elvin ford, George Reames, Tom Howard, Percy Morgan, Darnell Withrow, Pvt. Joel F. Harris.
