Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in First Christian Church with Dr. Jeff Knighton officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. Williams was the deputy tax assessor from 1960 to 1990. He graduated from Perryton High School in 1932. Survivors include a son, Don Williams of Balko, Okla.; a daughter, Pam McCollum of Aiken, S.C.; two sisters, Frances Ledlie of Bartlesville, Okla., and Betty McCully of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
