BIRTHDAY
(13 Aug 1931, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
GALLEGLYS ENTERTAIN FOR MR. WARREN.
A party of friends met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Gallegly Sunday
afternoon for a surprise birthday celebration for S. R. Warren, father of
Mrs. Gallegly, Sunday was Mr. Warren's seventieth birthday.
Mrs. Gallegly was assisted in entertaining by her sister, Mrs. Lillie
Staton.  Guests of the afternoon were:  Rev. and Mrs. S. N. Wilson, Rev.
W. A. Roberts, Rev. Wheeler, Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Velvin and daughter, of
Sayre, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vise, Mrs. Staton and sons, and Wayne and Bill
Gallegly and Mrs. S. R. Warren.  Delicious refreshments of ice cream and
cake were served.
