NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of an order of the County Court of
Beckham County, Sate of Oklahoma, made on the 9th day of June, 1925, the
undersigned R. H. Emans, Special Administrator of the Estate of C. E.
Emans, deceased, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder subject
to confirmation by said Court on or after the 26th day of June, A. D.
1925, at 10 o'clock A.M. at his residence in Erick, Oklahoma, all the
right, title and interest of said estate in and to the following described
Real Estate situate in Beckham County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lots one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7),
eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve (12) in block
eleven (11) in the Neely Addition to the town of Erick, Oklahoma.
Said Real Estate will be sold on the following terms and conditions,
to-wit: For Cash.
Bids for the purchase thereof must be in writing and must be filed in the
County Court or delivered to the undersigned at his residence at Erick,
Oklahoma.
