Rutherford and Ruth Rutherford, his wife,and Mrs Jim Berrier being one and the same as Dora Lee Berrier, Jim Berrier her husband, Jessie Burden being one and the same as Jessie Lewis Burden, her husband Jewel Burden, Hershal Rutherford being one and the same as Hershel O Rutherford, his wife Louise Rutherford, Paul Rutherford being one and the same as William Paul Rutherford, his wife Agusta Rutherford, Joe Rutherford being one and the same as Joe Bert Rutherford, his wife Essie Rutherford, Andrew Rice and Joanna Rice his wife,and E.D. Lulu Rutherford died Septemeber 4 1955 at Sayre Oklahoma. She had already given the interest in oil and gas to the named children in 1954. This was saleof the old place at New Liberty, where all but two of the children were born. Eva Rice at Jack County Texas and Roger at Roger Mills Oklahoma. The children sold the place in 1956. They drilled for oil in 1982 and Ivestor 1 went into production. It was sealed until this year 2001. Section 34 and 3 have both been drilled on.
