I found this in my dads papers, it had been burned and some of it was not 
readable. My father didnt want to sell his old home place and neither did
two of the others Roger and Dora.I have no idea why it was partly burned
and rescued, and kept with his other papers.



                     JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED

STATE OF OKLAHOMA
COUNTY OF BECKHAM

                      KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENCE;
That Roger Rutherford, being one and the same as R.Q. Rutherford and Ruth 
Rutherford, his wife,and Mrs Jim Berrier being one and the same as Dora
Lee Berrier, Jim Berrier her husband, Jessie Burden being one and the same
as Jessie Lewis Burden, her husband Jewel Burden, Hershal Rutherford being
one and the same as Hershel O Rutherford, his wife Louise Rutherford, Paul
Rutherford being one and the same as William Paul Rutherford, his wife
Agusta Rutherford, Joe Rutherford being one and the same as Joe Bert
Rutherford, his wife Essie Rutherford, Andrew Rice and Joanna Rice his
wife,and E.D. Rice being a single man, all as parties of the first part, in 
consideration of the sum of $12,000.00 Twelve thousand dollars in hand
paid, the reciept of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
bargain,sell, and convey unto Marshal Hartman, and Doris Jean Hartman, 
husband and wife as joint tentants, not as tendents in common with full rights 
of survivorship , the whole estate to vest in survivor in the event of death in
either Beckham County, State of Oklahoma, as parties of the second part the 
following described real property and premises situated in Beckham County
State of Oklahoma to wit;
The surface rights and 25 mineral acres of the oil and gas and other minerals 
rights in and under the following  described real estate Lots 1 one, 2
two, and 3 three, Township 10 ten, North Range 24 twenty fourW.I.M.
The South half of the Southeast Quarter S/2 SE/4 in section 34 thirty four Tpwn
ship 11 eleven North Range 24 twenty four W.I.M.
NOTE; This was burned on the back was written this

2. To Dora Rutherford undivided 25/200.36 acres interest in and to the oil and
gas and other minerals in and under the above described lands. With the right 
of engress and egress for the purpose of exploring for same.
3. to Joe Rutherford
4. to Jessie Rutherford
5. to Roger Rutherford
6. to Paul Rutherford
7. to Hershal Rutherford
8. to Andrew Rice
The oil and gas and other mineral interest theretofore conveyed by Lulu 
Rutherford to each of the above named individials and this reservation in
this conveyence is made for the purpose  of -------------to the above
individials and further------
The rest is burned.
Lulu Rutherford died Septemeber 4 1955 at Sayre Oklahoma. She had already given
 the interest in oil and gas to the named children in 1954.
This was saleof the old place at New Liberty, where all but two of the children
 were born.
Eva Rice at Jack County Texas and Roger at Roger Mills Oklahoma.
The children sold the place in 1956.
They drilled for oil in 1982 and Ivestor 1 went into production. It was sealed
until this year 2001.
Section 34 and 3 have both been drilled on.
