NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
The State of Oklahoma to Nellie Cotton, and the unknown heirs, devisees,
trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of Mathew Sooter, deceased.
Take notice that you have been sued in the above named and entitled cause,
by the above named plaintiff, G. D. Stoddard, asking that the title to the
NW 1/2 of Section 9, in Township 11, North of Range 25 West I.M. in Roger
Mills County, Oklahoma
be quieted in him and also asking for a determination of heirship of the
heirs of Mathew Sooter, deceased and asking that the court determine who
are or were the heirs of Mathew Sooter, deceased, who were entitled to
take or share in the above described real estate as the heirs of the said
Mathew Sooter, deceased, at the time of the death of the said Mathew
Sooter, and barring each of you from asserting any right, title or
interest in and to said above described premises adverse to plaintiff. 
And you and each of you must answer the petition filed herein by said
plaintiff, on or before the 15th day of April, 1936, or said petition will
be taken as true and judgment rendered for said plaintiff and determining
who the heirs of the said Mathew Sooter, deceased, are or were who were
entitled to take or share in the said estate of the said Mathew Sooter,
deceased, under and by virtue of the laws of succession of the State of
Oklahoma and barring each and all of you from setting up or asserting any
right, title or interest in and to said above described real estate
adverse to plaintiff, will be rendered accordingly.
