In the Matter of Determining Heirship in and to the Estate of T. P. Staggs, Deceased. THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO The unknown heirs, unknown claimants, executors, administrators, trustees, divisees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote of said deceased. You and each of you will take notice that S. H. Staggs and Josie Hill has filed their petition in the above named court showing that T. P. Staggs died intestate on or about the 27th day of March, 1926, at Erick, Oklahoma, and left surviving him as sole and only heirs at law, the following named persons: S. H. Staggs, a son; and Josie Hill, a daughter; and at the time of the death of said decedent, said decedent was the owner of and in possession of the following described real estate situated in Beckham County, State of Oklahoma: Lot Seven (7) and the West-half (W1/2) of Lot Eight (8) in Block Seven (7) of the Brooks Addition to the Town of Erick, Oklahoma, and that the petitioners pray the court for a decree determining heirship in and to the estate of T. P. Staggs, deceased. You and each of you must answer the petition filed herein on or before the 20th day of February, 1930, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly.
