HIMES, CLARENCE
(10 Oct 1918, Thursday, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
CLARENCE HIMES DIES AT CAMP UPTON, N. J.
A telegram received Tuesday, sent to Mrs. Katherine Himes, stated that her
son Clarence Himes, had died of pneumonia that day at Camp Upton, N. J. 
H. M. Bailey, a brother-in-law says they expect the remains here Friday. 
Clarence, or "Curley" as he was known, has been a resident of Elk City for
several years and was well known here, and all regret to learn of his
death.  We will give further particulars next week.
