All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ************************************************ REYNOLDS, HOLIDAY (31 May 1928, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK): My brother, Holliday (sic) Reynolds, died in the National Military Home in Indiana, July 31, 1916. He was born in Bedford county, Pa., Oct. 29, 1841. Joined the Union Army at the age of 20 years. Served in the Civil War four years and five months when he was injured, after recovering from his injury he joined the U. S. Regulars during that time he was sent to Wisconsin and St. Paul, Minn., to quiet an Indian uprising at that time. After his discharge he lived in various places, but never married. The last place he lived was the National Military Home in Indiana. At his death he was aged 75 years, 7 months and 2 days. I never knew what had become of him until recently, I got word from Washington, D. C., that he was dead. His father's family is all dead but myself, the only survivor. (U. S.
