Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the First Christian church for Mrs.K.BIBB'S,69-year-old pioneer resident of Beckham county,with Rev.Spencer P.AUSTIN,pastor,officiating. Mrs.BIBB died at her home at 7 o'clock Tuesday morning,following a prolonged illness.She had been a resident of Beckham county since 1902,coming from Lincoln county,Mo.,where she was born August 31,1865. Members of the Rebekah lodge assisted in the funeral services Wednesday afternoon.Interment was made in the Carter cemetery by KILLOUGH-HULLUM funeral home. ****** Mrs.K.BIBB,pioneer resident of Beckham county,passed away at her home on North Third street,following an illness of several months duration. The deceased was born August 31,1865,in Lincoln county,Missouri.She was 69 years of age at the time of her death. She moved with her parents to near Sayre in 1902.Except for four years which she spent in Arkansas,this community has been her home.Mrs.BIBB was a devout christian,being affiliated with church fellowship all of her life.She was a member of the Sayre Rebekah Lodge,and was held in high esteem by her many friends. Survingare her husband,K.BIBBS;one son K.K.BIBBS,of Sayre;two daughters,Mrs.Myra Wilson,of Batesville,Arkansas,and Mrs.L.E.GIBBINS of Amarillo,Texas;Two brothers W.T.COPENHAVER,of Sayre and Frank FIELD,of Kansas City Missouri one sister,Mrs.Maggie WARSHAM,Mayfield,Ok.,and fourteen grandchildren and one great grand child.
