(14 Jul 1911, Friday, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. Effie Bills of Hammon died Wednesday at 3 o'clock.  Her
brother-in-law, M. E. Throckmorton and Mrs. Throckmorton of this place
went to Hammon Thursday and were present at her funeral.
(Research: E. M. Throckmorton's wife was Ollie Cordelia Bills, sister to
Effie's husband James P. Bills.
