   Rube Herbert Bingham was born September 26, 1892 at Ardmore, Oklahoma.
   He  died  October  3,  1950 at Durham, Oklahoma, aged 58 years and one
   week.  He was the son of N.D. and Laura Bingham, both of whom preceded
   him in death.
   At the age of 13 he was converted and became a member of the Methodist
   Church at Mangum.
   He  was  married to Jessie Allen November 19, 1911. To this union were
   born  six  children,  two  of  whom  died  in  infancy.  His wife died
   September 25, 1928 at Carter, Oklahoma, their home.
   After  moving to Durham, Oklahoma he was married to Leah Ross, and two
   children were born of this union.
   Surviving  him  are  his  wife,  Leah; his children are Zearl Bingham,
   Belle  Plaine,  Kansas;  Jack  Binham, Durham, Okla.; Evelyn Shindell,
   Durham,  Okla.;  Sybil  Bingham,  Dallas, Texas; Rube Junor and Jo Ann
   Bingham  of  the  home.  He leaves two step-children, Imogene Bradley,
   Dumas,   Texas   and   Madelon  Sides  of  Fresno,  California.  Eight
   grandchildren  three  sisters and one brother also survive him as well
   as other relatives.
   Interment  in  the  Fairview  Cemetery,  Durham,  Roger  Mills County,
   Oklahoma.
