Brady, who died Saturday at Hauford, Calif. from injuries received when his body came in contact with a high line July 27 at Hanford. Brady was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Brady, Sayre. He was born here December 6, 1909 and married Miss Fay Madden in De- cember, 1932 at Sayre. They farm- ed near Sayre until a year ago when they moved to California. He was a member of the Lone Oak Baptist church. Survivors are his wife and two small children, his parents and tow sisters, Mrs. Dow Shroeder, Chico, Calif., and Mrs. R. O. Shough, Lamover, Calif. Moore funeral directors had charge of interment. Sayre Sun 12 Aug 1937 Funeral services for Cecil Ray- mond Brady, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Brady of the New Liberty community, who was burned fat- ally two weeks ago in an electric highline accident in California will be held at 2:30p. m. Thurs- day at the Loan Oak Baptist church. The body is enroute from Cali- fornia, where Mr. Brady had lived for the past year with his wife and two children. According to information re- ceived here he was working with a hay stacker when the derrick came in contact with the high voltage line. Mr. Brady attempted to jerk the wire away from the stacker when it endangered the lives of six fellow workmen. He "froze" to the line and the 10,000-volt charge burned his clothing from his body. He died 10 days later. Besides his parents, his wife and two children, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Don Shoeder of Chi- co, Calif., and Mrs. R. C. Shough of Lamour, Calif.
