  Jack, the little infant son of
Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Buckner,
died at their home here in Carter,
on Monday evening.  The little
one was only two weeks old and
although he seemed to be a fine
healthy baby, he was too young
to stand the sufferings of a
stomach trouble and complica-
tions, although everything pos-
sible was done for his relief.
  The young parents have the
sympathy of the entire commun-
ity in the loss of their little babe
who had become so dear to them
during his short stay her.
