She was the third child of E. B. and E. J. JINKINS. Professed religion at the age of fifteen years and joined the M.E. church south, in which she was a consistent member until her death. Married to A. M. IVESTER to which marriage she had five children three whom survive her. Her first husband died in about ten years after they were married. She was married to J.N. CARNAHAN on the second day of July 1890, to which marriage five children were born, four of whom survive her. She departed this life on September 29th 1907, after a lingering illness of five weeks. The deceased leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. Services conducted at the cemetery by Rev. J. K. WHITE.
