Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Brooks Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Gayle Bowen, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Private burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery. Ms. Binnion was born to Elmer and Jean Penny on Feb. 3, 1959, at Smyrna, Tenn. She graduated from Canyon High School in 1977 and attended Amarillo College. She married Mark Binnion in 1979 and lived in Hallsville for 22 years. She was a member of Valley View Baptist Church of Longview and was studying computer graphic design at Kilgore College. Survivors include two daughters, Amy Binnion and Kimberly Binnion, both of Hallsville; a son, Darrell Binnion of Hallsville; her parents of Canyon; a sister, Jana Campbell of Canyon; her grandmother, Pearl Vaughan of Canyon; two uncles, Jim Vaughan of Colorado and Richard Penny of Erick, Okla.; and three aunts, Helen Cagle, Linda Cooksey and Betty Lumas, all of Ninnekah, Okla. The family suggests memorials be to Stacy Ann Penny Binnion Memorial Scholarship Fund for her three children at Wells Fargo Bank, P.O. Box 111 Canyon, TX 79015.
