BRIGHT, MARGARET LOUISE
(20 Sep 1928, Thursday, Elk City News-Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Margaret Louise Bright died at Carter, September 17, 1928, at the age of
78.  Funeral services were held at the Methodist church at Carter,
September 18, with Rev. Graham officiating.  Gentry-Killough was in
charge.

Mrs. M. L. Bright, age 78 years, died very suddenly at the home of her
son, Mr. W. F. Bright, Monday night.  Mrs. Bright had been in very good
health for one of her age.  She went to bed as usual on Monday but in a
short time she called someone of the family and complained of being ill. 
A physician was summoned but she only lived a short time.
The funeral services were held at the Methodist Church on Tuesday
afternoon, Rev. Graham conducting the services.  The floral offerings and
the decorations were beautiful.
A large crowd was present at the services.

community for their kindness, many words of comfort and the beautiful
floral offerings following the passing away of our beloved mother and
grandmother.
