EAST, DORA
(27 Dec 1918, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED.  Mrs. I. N. East, wife of one of our most prominent and successful
farmers, died at her home two miles northeast of Carter on Friday
afternoon of last week.
Mrs. East had been sick for a long time, suffering from a complication of
lung and heart trouble, which caused her condition to continue to grow
worse until Friday evening when she passed away.
Interment was made at the Carter cemetery Saturday afternoon, Elder Utley
of Taylor, having charge of the funeral rites.
We join the many friends of the family in extending our sympathy.
