GLASGOW, HATTIE
(18 Oct 1918, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. John Glasgow of Carter, died at her home here Tuesday evening of
pneumonia, following an attack of Spanish Influenza.  Mrs. Glasgow had
only been sick a few days and up til Tuesday morning her condition was not
regarded as serious but pneumonia developed on that day and she only lived
a few hours after the alarming symptoms of pneumonia set in.
The rest of the family are ill from influenza.  Mr. Glasgow having been
right sick himself but is reported to be a good deal better at this
writing.
Mrs. Glasgow leaves a husband and five children, one girl and four boys.
Interment will be made at Poarch Cemetery Wednesday afternoon.
