GRAVES, JANE & MARY
(14 Apr 1911, Friday, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK) Poarch
News:
One of the twin infants of Richard Graves died Saturday night and was
buried Sunday evening at the Poarch Cemetery.  Mrs. Graves is suffering
with whooping cough, and the other infant is reported to be sick.  We
extend to Mr. and Mrs. Graves our sympathy.
(21 Apr 1911, Friday, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Richard Graves lost another infant Saturday.  This baby and the one that
died last week were twins, and their deaths occured (sic) just one week
apart.  The little ones were suffering with whooping cough.  There is
considerable of this in the community and spreading.
