HUNT, G. W.
(28 Nov 1919, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Mr. W. E. Hunt received a telegram Monday from Oklahoma City informing him
that his father, Mr. G. W. Hunt, had died there that evening.  He had been
ill for two or three weeks having been stricken with paralysis.
The remains were sent to Gotebo, Okla., for burial, Mr. W. E. Hunt driving
through from here to that place in his car to be present at the funeral.
The deceased had spent a good deal of his time in Carter visiting with his
son and has many acquaintances and friends here who regret very much to
hear of his death.
