(12 Apr 1918, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Baby Dies.
The baby of Bud Jones and wife of the Poarch community, died Wednesday
morning, of a complication of diseases following an attack of measles. 
The little fellow had been in a very critical condition for several days
prior to its death.
The remains were laid to rest Wednesday afternoon in the Poarch cemetery.
We extend our sincere sympathy to the bereaved parents.
