MOORE, DOLAN
(16 Nov 1928, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Sunday Mrs. Ball and other relatives were notified that Dolan Moore, the
15-year-old son of Eb Moore of Lawton, had fallen from the rear of a
Chevrolet roadster and was instantly killed.  Dolan and another boy were
riding on the back of the car when it ran over a rough place, throwing
both boys off, but not injuring the other boy.
Mr. Moore lived here about fourteen years ago, his wife being a daughter
of Mrs. Ball.  Those from here attending the funeral were Mrs. Ball, Mr.
and Mrs. R. C. Woods, Hunter and Lem Ball, brothers of Mrs. Moore and Mrs.
Jackson, a sister.
Mr. Moore is well known to old-timers, having lived about a mile south of
town.
