NICHOLS, INFANT
(14 Sep 1917, The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED. -  A young baby of Jim Nichols and wife died at their home near
Strong City and the remains were shipped back here to Carter Tuesday
morning and carried out to the Port cemetery (Washita county) for burial. 
The little one had been sick for several weeks with summer complaint.  Mr.
and Mrs. Nichols were at one time residents of Carter and they have many
friends here who deeply sympathize with them in their grief in having to
give up their babe.
