POARCH, STELLA VIOLA
(The Carter Express, Carter, Beckham, Ok, Fri March 8, 1929)
Mrs. Stella Poarch.
Mrs. Stella Poarch, a daughter of W. A. Broderick (sic), died at her home
at Kingfisher Sunday and was buried here Monday afternoon.  Her funeral
service was held at the Baptist church at 3:00 o'clock conducted by Rev
Dewey Squyres, pastor.
Mrs. Poarch was born Jan. 28, 1901, and was reared here.  She was married
to Weldon Poarch who with five children survive her.  The youngest
children are twins about three weeks old.
Relatives from a distance who attended her funeral were W. A. Broderick,
her father, of Clinton, Mr. and Mrs. Furman Brown of Gainesville, Texas;
Mr. and Mrs. Ora Spoonhaltz of Weatherford; R. E. Poarch of El Reno; Mr.
and Mrs. E. C. Simmons of Sayre and Mr. and Mrs. Amil (Emil) Widdle of
Clinton.
