Word was received here last Sunday announcing the sad news of the death of Wilton Price, the young son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Price, who moved away from Carter several weeks ago. Wilton died at Hobart on the 22nd of October, of pneumonia, following an attack of influenza, and his remains were shipped to Helena, Okla., for burial. Helena is the present home of Mr. Price and family. Wilton was a fine looking lad, the very picture of health seemingly, and was a general favorite among the young people of Carter. His numerous friends here were very sorely grieved to hear of his sudden taking away. (Census, 1910, Oklahoma, Beaver Co, Elmwood Twp, ED 21, pg 11B, #263/267 (T624-1242): William G.
