J. Pryor, died very suddenly Thursday morning her at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Adams. Mrs. Pryor had been in very bad health for a long time and on the morning of her death she was taken worse suddenly and only lived a short while after her folks first noticed that she had made a change suddenly for the worse. Mrs. Pryor has been a resident of Carter almost since the town started so was known by everybody here as Grandma Pryor, and her many friends as well as her relatives had hoped that she would succeed in her long fight against the ravages of the disease with which she was afflicted and regain her health.
