SIMMONS, MRS. BEN
(15 Mar 1912, Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED.  Mrs. Ben Simmons died last Saturday morning after a very short
illness.  The doctor had visited her once and it was supposed that she was
getting better until a short time before her death.  Her remains were
entered (sic) in the Carter cemetery Sunday after an appropriate funeral
sermon by Rev. Jessie Crumpton, Pastor of the Methodist Church.
