THRASH, J. N.
(15 May 1913, Thursday, Beckham County Advocate, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Called by Death.
Miss Serepta Thrash, who clerks in Rook and Son's store was called to
Clinton Monday afternoon by the sudden death of her father, J. N. Thrash,
of that place.
She had been home on Sunday and left there Monday morning, leaving her
father in apparently his usual state of good health.  At about four
o'clock that afternoon the message came that he was dead.  Mr. Kessler
immediately took her to Clinton in his car.
Mr. Thrash's death was thought to be caused from poisoning from eating
canned goods.  He was 51 years of age and a prominent Mason.
