THROCKMORTON, MARIAN E.
(3 Jun 1921, Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
2 Pound Baby
A little baby girl weighing only two pounds arrived at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Paul Throckmorton Monday.  While the little Miss only weighs two
pounds she seems to be thriving and doing well.  A large number of
visitors have been to see the little lady.
(24 Jun 1921, Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
The young infant daughter of Paul Throckmorton and wife died at their home
last Saturday morning.
The little babe was only 12 days old and while she only weighed two pounds
at birth she seemed to be doing well until Friday when she was taken ill.
The remains were laid to rest in the Carter cemetery Saturday evening.
We extend our sympathy to the family in loss of the little babe who had
become so dear to them during her short stay with them.
