30,1892 -died December 22,1930 -Interment Fairlawn Cemetery Beckham
Co.Oklahoma.December 23,1930 -Funeral services for Dalen Elza DALTON,37,were
held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the chapel of the KILLOUGH-HULLUM
funeral home with Rev.Carl V.COVEY,pastor of the First Christian
Church,officiating.Mr.DALTON died Monday in a city hospital.He had been ill
for about six weeks.D.E.DALTON,father of Elza DALTON,died about two months
ago.Mr.DALTON resided with his mother,Mrs.D.E.DALTON,at the family residence
in the MERITT Community,where they had lived since coming to Oklahoma 29
years ago from Arkansas.Mr.DALTON was born in Logan County,Arkansas,April
30,1892,and came to this section when eight years of age.Mr.DALTON is
survived by his mother,Mrs.DALTON and two sisters and one brother.They are
Mrs.Ollie REED,Mrs.Virgie CHAMBERS and Orba DALTON.Interment was made In the
Fairlawn Cemetry,KILLOUGH-HULLUM,funeral directors were in charge.
