Fairlawn Cemetery Beckham County,Oklahoma.LAST RITES HELD FOR
MRS.DALTON -August 29---40 ECJ.--- Funeral services for Mrs. Neosh Gothern
DALTON,who died of heart ailment in a local hospital Monday,were held
Thursday at the First Baptist church at 2:30 p.m.with Rev.Frank MARSHALL
officiating.Mrs.DALTON was born October 3,1868,near Indianapolis,Ind.She was
married to D.E.DALTON in 1884 and came to Oklahoma with her husband in
1884.At the time of her death she was residing in the Merritt community.Her
husband and three children preceded her in death.Three children -two
daughters and one son survive.These are Mrs.Ollie REED of
Oceanside,California,Mrs.Virgil CHAMBERS of Elk City and Orba DALTON of Elk
City Also surviving are two sisters(Can not read names)
